NEW PAYOUT SYSTEM FOR RACERS

 

READ THIS CAREFULLY AS OUR PAYOUT SYSTEM HAS CHANGED.

After three days of Critmas, we know you are ready to get out of those chamois and

celebrate! The last thing you want to do is wait in a long line at the end of the weekend

waiting to collect payouts. We’re here to help.

All individual racer payouts will be made via PayPal within ten (10) days following

completion of the Saint Francis Tulsa Tough.

​

INDIVIDUAL RACER PAYOUTS

-If you do not have a PayPal account, please obtain one

-Within one week following the event, you will receive an email notification asking

you to provide or verify your correct PayPal email address

-If you used a different email address to register than the one used for your

PayPal account, it is important that we be provided with your PayPal email

address

-If your total payouts equal or exceed $1,000, you will receive an email from us

requesting a completed and signed IRS Form W-9.

-Once we receive the completed W-9 we will make disbursement

-If your payouts are less tan $1,000, no W-9 is required and we will remit to your

PayPal account

PRIMES

-Primes may be collected Saturday and Sunday only at the registration table; no

Prime payouts will be made on Friday

-If your prime equals or exceeds exceed $1,000, we must obtain a signed IRS

Form W-9 prior to disbursement

PRO TEAM PAYOUTS – PRO TEAMS ONLY

-In lieu of individual racer payouts, teams may opt to receive a single consolidated

payout for all racers on that team

-This applies to team payouts only, not individual racers

-If your Team would prefer a single consolidated payout, please advise our Staff

at packet pick-up Friday
