The Doubletree Hotel Downtown is the official Host Hotel for Tulsa Tough. It's ideally located for all venues and is offering a great rate. Additionally, they have offered late check-out of 1pm for all Tulsa Tough participants on Sunday. To book, follow these steps.

1)      Go to www.tulsadowntown.doubletree.com.
2)      Complete the dates and preferences section. Then Click Go.
3)      Under “Special Accounts” section – Enter the Group ID Code in box next to “Group/Convention Code”.  The Group ID is TRR.
4)      Complete the remaining steps to finish your reservation and a confirmation number will be emailed back to you.
 
For guests who choose to make reservations by phone, please call 1-800-838-7914 and identify yourself as being with Tulsa Tough by using the TRR code.

Otherwise Tulsa has a great selection of hotels in or near downtown. We recommend one of these downtown hotels for close proximity to all venues: Crowne Plaza, Ambassador, or The Downtown Plaza Hotel of Tulsa.
