2013 Gran Fondo Results
Saturday’s GranFondo heads south and southwest through Jenks, Kiefer, Kellyville, Keystone and Sand Springs on beautiful wooded and rolling routes. Near the end comes a challenging little hill where you can compete for King and Queen of the Mountain. Prepare yourself for some challenging terrain…. not so much long mountain passes, but more like – seriously, does this ever let up??!!
Sunday’s three routes take you for a ride up north to Sperry, Skiatook, Vera, Ochelata, Barnsdall and Avant on the terrific rolling terrain of Tulsa, Washington and Osage Counties. We’ve added a nice little time trial option for Sunday as a counterpoint to Saturday’s hill climb. Five miles with some hills. Oh, and hope for a calm spring day.
