Am I reading the map correctly that the Sunday 100mi ride starts (7am) and ends at the RiverWest Festival Park? I rode Tour de Tulsa and wanted to know if it was starting/finishing in the same place so I know where to park. Just wanted to double check...

That's not quite right. It starts at River west Festival Park and finishes near 17th and Riverside. 7:00 a.m. is correct.
