Kids Bike Program questions

1. Are there over 300 signed up? Should we bother signing up or is there way over that number? 2. The website says it is for kids in 3, 4, 5 grade, but the "build-a-bike" thread says 4, 5, 6 grade. If my son is in 6th, is he not eligible, and how do they verify grade? 3. Do the parents have to accompany their own children, or can 1 parent bring the registered friends with their own kid? Thanks
